The platform facilitates online mediation, conciliation, arbitration, and negotiated settlements by integrating technology-enabled processes with professional expertise, thereby enabling dispute resolution in a secure digital environment.

We are committed to safeguarding the privacy and confidentiality of all information collected from users in the course of providing our services. All information collected through the Platform is processed, stored, and handled strictly in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

Disclosure of Information

(In accordance with Rules 4 and 6 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 and other applicable laws.)

Judicious Legal Solution shall not disclose Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Data or Information (“SPDI”) except in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.
